Dare to trade. Dare to win.
Hello everyone, I am Sister Feng, who has been struggling in the A-shares for a quarter of a century. Previously, I shared my experience of starting an Auto-Invest journey in the digital currency field. Today, I would like to discuss how to optimize the Auto-Invest strategy.
After a period of practice and reflection, I found that continuing to Auto-Invest during a downtrend is not the best choice. Instead, I chose to keep the funds originally intended for Auto-Invest and wait for the right moment to invest in the market all at once. So, how can we determine the right moment?
Considering that I cannot monitor the market trends all day long, I have established a simple and easy-to-follow indicator for myself: when the price starts to rise and the trading volume increases significantly, it is a good time to enter the market. Admittedly, this method may not accurately catch the bottom, but I believe it can effectively lower the average cost of Auto-Invest.
The core of this strategy lies in identifying the turning points of market sentiment. When prices rise and trading volume increases, it usually indicates that the market is shifting from pessimism to optimism, and investor confidence is recovering. Entering the market at this time may mean missing the lowest point, but it can help avoid the risk of continuously investing funds during a downtrend.
It is important to emphasize that this approach does not abandon the concept of Auto-Invest, but rather represents a flexible adjustment to the traditional Auto-Invest strategy. It combines the discipline of Auto-Invest with the timing of the market, aiming to improve investment efficiency without adding too much operational difficulty.
Of course, every investor should develop a strategy that suits them based on their risk tolerance and market understanding. My experience is for reference only, and I hope it can provide some ideas for everyone on the journey of investing in digital currencies.
Investment is always a marathon, not a sprint. By continuing to learn and constantly optimizing strategies, we can steadily move forward in this market filled with opportunities and challenges. Let's seek our own investment wisdom together in the wave of digital currency.
