The founder of MyConstant will pay $10 million to settle the SEC's allegations of misappropriating investor funds to purchase UST.



The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosed that Huynh Tran Quang Duy, the founder of the collapsed lending platform MyConstant (also known as Duy Huynh), has agreed to pay over $10.5 million to settle allegations of misappropriating investor funds to purchase UST.
