Safety Shot announces its entry into Decentralized Finance with $25 million BONK Token
According to reports, US-listed company Safety Shot (Nasdaq code: SHOT) has announced a strategic alliance with BONK founding contributors, officially entering the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) space. Under the agreement, the company will receive BONK Tokens worth $25 million, in exchange for issuing preferred shares convertible into common stock, with a total value of $35 million.
This company, which holds 15 million dollars in cash and has paid off all its debts, has chosen BONK as its financial strategy target, primarily considering the competitive advantages of the token. BONK, built on the Solana blockchain, features high-speed transaction characteristics and a deflationary token economic model, currently boasting a market value of over 2 billion dollars, with on-chain holders reaching 980,000.
