It feels like Hong Kong's economy is still a bit sluggish.
1. Sitting by the roadside eating takeout - the real estate agent next door is on the phone, probably talking to the owner - generally speaking, high-end properties are not being sold at a loss, and they are hardly moving at all; a 10% discount is considered good, and some are down 30% with no interest at all... Pressing the owner to sell quickly...
The most classic part is - the real estate agent hung up the phone and immediately added a bottle of cola.
