Apparently I had to call to schedule a package delivery today but it said that nowhere on my tracking. How was I supposed to know? I call and I have to repeat the tracking to every person I got transferred to. They don't have simple internal messaging so that the tracking number gets transferred with me? It's 2025, we have AI that can book an entire vacation for you in a minute but we can't figure this out?
