On August 16, 【Block Rhythm】, the WLFI multi-sig addresses transferred 3.58 billion WLFI to Bitgo 3 hours ago, marking the largest single transaction in nearly 7 months.
It is reported that BitGo acts as the custodian of USD1 reserves and provides prime brokerage services for liquidity and institutional trading. This transfer appears to be the first time WLFI has transferred WLFI assets to BitGo.
Previously, ALT5 Sigma announced a $1.5 billion private placement to launch the WLFI treasury strategy, acquiring 7.5% of the total token supply (approximately 7.5 billion tokens) at $0.2, it is uncertain whether this is related to the event.
