From the perspective of first principles, the so-called health "common sense" in China: drinking ice water damages the spleen and stomach; in reality, the fear of cold is only applicable to those with weak digestive functions, and not a problem created by ice water itself. Cold originates from the feet; in fact, keeping warm can improve comfort and indirectly enhance immunity, but it does not directly prevent colds. Drinking bone broth can supplement calcium; in reality, the calcium content in bone broth is very low, with most being fat and purines. Drinking vinegar softens blood vessels; vinegar will be diluted and decomposed in the stomach, having no effect on "clearing the pipes" of blood vessels. When fever occurs, one should cover up to sweat; in reality, covering up during high fever may lead to even higher body temperature or dehydration, which is dangerous, and cooling down and rehydration are key.
