The turbulence in the crypto market during the FTX bankruptcy last year highlighted how the "multifunctional" crypto company, which combines trading and other activities, exacerbates vulnerabilities; These vulnerabilities are similar to those found in traditional finance, including leverage, liquidity mismatch, technical and operational vulnerabilities; Due to the lack of effective control and operational transparency, insufficient or no disclosure, and conflicts of interest, these loopholes are further amplified.
