Bitcoin volatility has dropped to 1.59%, and the market may enter a period of calm.

On July 1, the Bitcoin volatility fell to 1.59%, showing an overall downward trend over the past month.

The high volatility of Bitcoin is usually associated with speculative trading and retail FOMO sentiment. When volatility subsides, it may indicate a reduction in short-term speculators, leading the market into a consolidation phase or a "cooling-off period." Furthermore, Bitcoin price fluctuations are often linked to macroeconomic events, such as inflation expectations, interest rate changes, or geopolitical risks. When these external factors stabilize, Bitcoin's volatility may also decrease.
